· Processing method: Please reject the goods on the spot and provide proof of damage to the post office and submit a damage compensation form. After getting the damage compensation application form and damage certificate form, please scan and send it to Jianjianbang immediately. Jianjianbang will assist you in contacting the post office to understand the progress of the compensation application.
· If the claim is successful, the post office will pay the corresponding amount (the specific amount is handled according to the relevant terms of the post office, which is generally not higher than the amount declared at the time of mailing and the post office will pay a maximum compensation of 20,000 yen without insurance).
· If the claim fails, the member shall bear the corresponding losses.
· Note: Processing time takes approximately 2-3 months.
