· If the claim is successful, the post office will pay the corresponding amount (the specific amount is handled according to the relevant terms of the post office, which is generally not higher than the amount declared at the time of mailing and the post office will pay a maximum compensation of 20,000 yen without insurance).

· If the claim fails, the member shall bear the corresponding losses.

· Note: Processing time takes approximately 2-3 months.

· Note: Fragile items such as ceramics, fine crafts, glass products, vinyl record players, and audio equipment are not covered by this clause and will be transported at your own risk.
